I’ve had some really hard times in my life, and I’m not the only one. I’m currently considered “disabled,” and I know how much it sucks to need help, and not be able to afford it. I have also experienced “angels” who have covered me, and how much that has meant.
So I’m trying a new fee structure.
Pay what you can, or barter.
This means some communication up front, but it can look like many things:
Pay far less than the “worth” of the package, but something you can afford.
Pay extra, to pay it forward to those who can’t afford a package.
Trade me something you excel at… craft or service, feel free to get creative with this.
I have set minimum charges in my scheduler, but if you can’t do that, or you would like to barter, please get in touch.
This is my profession, so this experiment means really counting on community. But it means a lot to me to be able to bring my services to everyone.

Into the Thicket
My first Somatic Experiencing™ offering. I am starting training in this modality, so this is purely a basic level- I am not a trained practitioner, yet.
30-60 minutes of my introducing you to what SE is, and we can get you used to how your body feels from the inside. In progressive sessions, we can do a little more- like find a safe place inside your body, which is pretty radical to some of us.

This is an hour-long zoom session with me. You will leave with a new way to look at your life, the decisions you make, and a tool to use forever.

A Backcountry Trek
Seven 90-minute zoom sessions, over up to four months. Plus, I dedicate 3 private 20 minute “Walks With Me” to you, and what you’re working on.
Step 1: 2-3 sessions
Addressing the causes of burn-out
First, we will create the space for you and I to work.
Then we will start, looking at, and for, internal and external expectations, assumptions and language that feel like pressure.
Then we’ll look at why you don’t trust yourself- what beliefs and barriers to self-assurance need to come down. We need to establish belief and trust in your very Self by planting the seeds of trust and nurturing them. One barrier you might have is the conventional idea that you are making decisions from an emotional place- and that that is bad.
Habits of thinking are hard to break, especially when you don’t even recognize them as such, so we will look at strategies for laying new pathways and helpful patterns.
This is the important first step because it gives you the boost of feeling lighter and freer from the very beginning. And it takes a few sessions, because it feels like a lot, and it’s all too easy to fall back into what you’ve learned and known all of your life.
Step 2: 1-2 sessions
Rediscover Your True Nature
What are your core values, times of flow, lifelong interests, and recurrent themes (aside from making rent)? Now that you are outside of your cage and learning to trust yourself, we can look for where, in you, all these things come together. Once upon a time, being you was as natural as breathing, we will find that core again. Are you familiar with flow states? This is where you are so absorbed in an active task that you lose time, forget to eat, ignore the phone, etc.
This is all about who you are, not what you do in the world. Once you know who you are, a natural future becomes possible, as you gain confidence in your place.
Step 3: 1-2 sessions
Setting Yourself up for Success on Your Path
We will look at your support system, establishing a sanctuary in which to practice being You. You already know that going out on a limb and saying no, or holding boundaries is scary. Maybe your parents or your coworkers are not the first place to try these things. They know the old you, the one who is predictable and a pushover in some areas, and will push back- hard- on a change to routine. We will look for the peeps or places in your life where you can become accustomed to this new way of being.
Once you are comfortable being yourself in “safe” places, it becomes possible to look toward the greater world (and your community.) From there, we can establish your natural next steps. This can be scary, too, but you have a solid base of understanding, trust, clarity, and support to strike out from.
Finally, we will close up the space we opened, tying a nice bow on our work together.

Day Hikes You Can Depend On
AKA Let Me Walk With You Through This Stress
It happens: life blows up, or the country goes to hell, or there’s a global pandemic and you are freshly “expected” of.
We can set up 3 or more 60 minute sessions, every week or so, to help keep you on track, trusting your True Nature, through this stressful time.
It will depend on how many sessions you want to book, but suggested range $40-$75/session.

The Appalachian Trail goes from Maine to Georgia, along the East Coast of the US, following the incredibly ancient Appalachian Mountains. Long-haulers are those who hike the whole thing, one end to the other.
These brave souls come out forever changed, with a new outlook and ability for life.
We’re talking about a real commitment to yourself, 6 months or more, every 2 weeks, 90 minute sessions. Suggested range would be $780-$1200 for that first 6 months.
