Walk With Me: Exploring Nature, Seeking Support
I am out on the trail and I’ve actually been walking for a little while, trying to figure out what I could talk about. The stuff that’s in my head is about asking for help and asking for support, but I keep finding myself just coming back to being here on the trail.
Walk With Me: Exploring Community and Nature
I was thinking today that I would talk about groups, and becoming or being part of a group or part of a community. I’ve started working with groups more. I still work one on one with people and love it, but I’ve been deeply enjoying and finding great fulfillment working with small groups of people too.
Walk With Me: Peace in my Backyard Labyrinth
I have been inside too much today, and I thought I’d go outside and share my outside here and see what I end up talking about. So I’m gonna turn around the camera, and I’m gonna just share my backyard, I guess.

The Healing Process
I’ve been contemplating healing from a lifetime of trauma (big and small, discrete incidences and repeated patterns over time.) Specifically, my own. I’ve been feeling what I considered a lull in the last couple of months. This was an overall decrease in my physical and mental/emotional symptoms. It was so different from the last year-plus, […]
Interview #2 on the Conquering Everest Podcast
Walk With Me, 2/27/21
raw, organic, unfiltered. I try to let what I see spark what I talk about. it’s still introspective, but I talk some more about the surroundings.
