Walk With Me: A Decision Made is a Path to Follow
I was thinking about talking about how things are really hard to end. Things are really hard to decide sometimes because there’s pain, there’s wounding, and things are complicated, right? Life is hard. And I find it fascinating that throughout my life once I have made a decision, everything is better.

Walk With Me: Reflecting on Rest and Priorities Around the Holidays
Tomorrow is Christmas for those who celebrate. I’ve been thinking about how interesting it is that I’m working all week this week and I have almost a full schedule and, you know, there’s only a few spaces left to make it full. I feel like that is an indication, right, it’s an indication perhaps that people know that they need to get regular work throughout the holidays.

Walk With Me: Exploring Renaturing and Grounding Connection
It’s a hell of a process, this thing. The fact that if your body has so perfected the art of freeze. That a good surprise can throw you into freeze just as quickly as a bad surprise. But it’s harder to notice because you aren’t expecting it.

Walk With Me: Breaking Barriers and Being Seen
We want to be seen. Or rather, we want to want to be seen. I work mostly with women. I work with some men, and I love working with men as well. But I work mostly with humans socialized or raised as female. And for those of us who were raised in that way, it’s really hard to ask for attention. It is hard to be seen.
Walk With Me: Exploring Nature, Seeking Support
I am out on the trail and I’ve actually been walking for a little while, trying to figure out what I could talk about. The stuff that’s in my head is about asking for help and asking for support, but I keep finding myself just coming back to being here on the trail.
Walk With Me: Exploring Community and Nature
I was thinking today that I would talk about groups, and becoming or being part of a group or part of a community. I’ve started working with groups more. I still work one on one with people and love it, but I’ve been deeply enjoying and finding great fulfillment working with small groups of people too.
Walk With Me: Peace in my Backyard Labyrinth
I have been inside too much today, and I thought I’d go outside and share my outside here and see what I end up talking about. So I’m gonna turn around the camera, and I’m gonna just share my backyard, I guess.
I have my beehive and my little rose garden that I’ve just put together. And so I come out here when I need a break, when I need a pause. And just about every day, I come out and sit. But first I walk. So I walk my labyrinth.
