Group Work
The reason I work with groups is that we are not meant to be solitary animals. Sometimes our trauma tells us we need to go it alone.
But it’s wrong.
When we begin to have the capacity to connect with others around the tough stuff, a sort of alchemy occurs.
A carefully created and facilitated group develops a new, collective nervous system. This larger container can allow for greater regulation, potentially enabling the handling of more charged material than a single nervous system can handle.
I have been using Renaturing and SE principles in facilitating groups for over two-and-a-half years. I have a comfort level and confidence in the process that helps me create a strong, flexible container for participants to do their work.
Below are the groups currently accepting participants, as well as a glance at past groups I have run- and may run again.
The best way to stay up to date about new group registration is to subscribe to my newsletter.

Collapse Resilience: new cohort starts Nov 5
Because we need support. And a different way to approach everything going on right now. Global climate change, ecological devastation, societal upheaval, war, all the -isms. This is the sum total of our work together as humans.
In my work and in this group of humans, that means creating an intimate community where we can hold and be held. Where we can find regulation and resilience. And still talk about and process what is happening; the good and the bad.
