For Riders

Somewhere along the way, I found that my background in horses and riding is a relief to riders.

Knowing that your practitioner can speak your language and visualize what you’ve been through and what you’re handling right now creates a rapport that can’t be faked.

Although I did spend a couple of years in hunter/eq, the bulk of my riding and competing was in dressage and eventing.

I know about falls.

I know about gates, movements, and the unique stressors.

Importantly, I also understand the dynamics between humans and horses. Partnering with a 1000+lb prey animal creates magic, bonds, and mishaps virtually unknown in any other sport? lifestyle? pastime?

What one of my riding clients has to say:

Amy Lyn Jones of A Squared Equestrian is an open rider, trainer, and coach based in Ocala, FL.

If this feels resonant to you, you want to work through old stuff that has nothing to do with horses, and that’s the language you speak; or because your life has everything to do with this interplay and you want to heal and deepen your sense of security, your competitiveness, and your effectiveness as a rider or trainer, I’m here.
