The Importance of Group Work in Healing

Walk With Me: Reflecting on Rest and Priorities Around the Holidays

Tomorrow is Christmas for those who celebrate. I’ve been thinking about how interesting it is that I’m working all week this week and I have almost a full schedule and, you know, there’s only a few spaces left to make it full. Walk With Me: Exploring Nature, Seeking Support

I am out on the trail and I’ve actually been walking for a little while, trying to figure out what I could talk about. The stuff that’s in my head is about asking for help and asking for support, but I keep finding myself just coming back to being here on the trail.
